Job Description:
Accenture is hiring a candidates for the post of Advisory Associate.
Job Role:
- Analyze, design and/or develop the best practice business changes through a technology solutions
- Design and write reports to the translate medium / large sized client requirements into the Technology Solutions leveraging Accenture’s full capabilities
- Analyze or configure modules (e.g., the core banking system) by applying knowledge platforms and to functions across HR, SCM, Finance, or customer service
- Build interfaces between a modules (e.g., the banking applications and core banking system)
- Leverage knowledge of the domain and technology by working as a bridge between Technology and business stakeholders
Eligibilities:
- M.B.A / PGDM / MMS / Integrated MBA in Human Resources, Finance, Marketing or Supply Chain / Operations (2021 Freshers or the graduates from 2020 batch up to 11 months of experience may apply)
- Candidate should have strong conceptual knowledge of a Supply Chain or Finance or Human Resources or Sales/Marketing/ Customer Service
- No active backlogs during the application and/or during onboarding.
- Max 1-year gap in education post 10th standard till completion of graduation and Max up to 3 years gap or a work experience between the Graduation and the Post-Graduation
- Candidate should not have appeared for the Accenture Recruitment assessment / interview process in the last 3 months.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in India either by citizenship or relevant work permit documents.
